About Jay Hedges
Pyramid Building Systems, LLC. (PBS) was founded in 1985 by the Principals of Bob Moore Construction, Inc. (BMC) Bob Moore, Mike Moore and Phillip Bell. I was the President.
PBS conducted our business using the success of BMC as a "template" for success. The goals were:
Complete every project on time
Within the owner's budget
Achieve the highest level of quality without sacrificing the safety of all the people and construction workers on site.
Pyramid employees were instructed to: tell the truth, even when we knew it was not always what the owner wanted to hear.
Employees were instructed to commit to spending the money of PBS, as if it was their own money.
Family trip in Destin Florida, May of 2019 to celebrate his 50th wedding anniversary.
More about Jay Hedges
Jay is proud of his designation of the Chairman of the TEXO, which is the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter of AGC (Associated General Contractors). This association is the second largest in the United States. The Dallas Chapter is comprised of General Contractors and sub-contractors in North Texas, and includes most of the largest firms in the area. TEXO has many well-qualified candidates to serve as chairman but still selected Jay Hedges to be the Chairman in 2008, a high honor.
In his free time, Jay likes to attend his grandchildren's many sports activities. He also enjoys playing golf with his wife at Walnut Creek Country Club in Mansfield, Texas. His oldest grandson, Brett Hedges, received a baseball and academic scholarship to Lubbock Christian University after graduating from Flower Mound Marcus High School. Whenever possible, my wife and I enjoy travel both in the United States and in Europe.
